Makeda‘s vocals cut perfectly over a boombap beat, produced by Charlotte's own Japedo. The lyrical content of “How U Do” reminds me of a 90's "bop" with the way she professes her love about her man and those several moments where that FEELIN' takes her to ecstasy with ease. It's exciting to hear this angel’s voice bringing back that sound that so many of us have been yearning for, especially considering how true R&B is being engulfed by pop music. "Demo" was initially a compilation of reference tracks for another artist, but with this new release, we're excited to hear more of Makeda Iroquois‘ voice.
